Packaging/appearance

The original one came in completely shattered which was a little frustrating but amazon set in a replacement within a day with no problems!

Competitiveness

This is the only brand and "smell" i can use without any problems.

Sadly, they keep closing the brick & mortar yankee stores, which is really the best place to shop for scented candles.
