The syringe has a rounded top that’s easy to insert. Syringes are easy to use and disposable.
Cons
They all warn about leakage but the others i've tried only have the smallest amount of spotting. That seems quite impracticable to me. Sometimes the flora gets out of balance and watching doesn't do the trick.

I would definitely use at night with a panty liner as is stated in the directions bc it can make quite a mess
