Pros
Installation is straightforward, but a word of the provided tape is prone to snapping as you unwind it. Narrow profile, easy to install. Easy to cut using scissors. E elbow connector and covers for the seams between two pieces.
Easy to assemble. Wish they had flexible joints for awkward positions.
Cons
It's like these have been sitting on a shelf for so long that the backing is stuck indefinitely to the stick tape. Not enough double-sided tape to apply the whole length.
The panels are too difficult to slide into the connectors. The plastic joints are flimsy. The cover is also too flimsy and flexes too much.

The manufacturer puts this silly glossy brochure in the box on top of a whole row of the channels the tops of the channels not the bottom unfortunately

Theres another review that mentions it but because of the design of the connectors you end up having to basically assemble everything as one giant piece
