The tray is the perfect size to fit a wide surge protector that has 2 rows of plugs. I have a very thick desk, 3, and this product fits perfectly!
The hangers fit snugly onto the table/desk surface, so feels secure. If you need to reposition the location of the tray once snapped onto table, it takes a little work to unclamp each hanger and slightly move it over left/right.
Loved this tray as out of way and unseen. I love that the tray is very durable and sturdy. My only wish is that the came in white to match/blend in with my desk.

The main problem is the singlescrew that holds the clamps to the tray its very wobbly because theres a single screw that secures the parts together

I was a little skeptical that the spring clips on this would be better than the style which use a plate and bolt and screw the plate onto the bottom of the desk

The basket simply drops onto two hooks on each post and then you tighten it down

With my new desk i used what little cable management it had but my feet could still hit wires under the desk
