The light quality is amazing, i love you can control it with a remote, and they stick really well.
I use these lights for bias lighting behind my tv they work great once i figured out how to set them up!
I finally purchased led lights for my son, he has been bugging me for the past 3 months wanting some!
The strip can be cut, but it only has 2 points where there are solder contacts.
Price
I would also pay 20 bucks just for a rgb controller from them simply for the snappiness of integration and stability of wifi connection.

Mine were evenly spaced and perfect for a 55347534 tv with out the bottom but i cant promise you that these two points are evenly spaced on all the strips

You can shorten the strip at about 68 locations on the strip but there isnt copper contact points at every cut mark you could probably peel back the top layer to get to some copper but if there are cut lines there should be solder points

The controller is top notch it works great both with the yeelight app and extremely snappy with iot integrations like alexa google home and ifttt
