Pros
The rubber sole is thicker than the normal flip flop. The strap is tight enough to give me support as i walk so my feet aren't sliding out of the shoe. They also provide firm cushion between my foot and the floor.
Cons

I was very pleased with the fit and comfort of these sandals.
