Pros & Cons

Pros

The cord is quite heavy duty, the outer casing is thick but flexible and allows coiling up when it's cool outside. The jacket material is soft enough to coil easily yet it appears to be durable enough to last.

My battery charger requires 20 amps to run and has this type of connector on it. This extension cord allows me to plug the charger into the wall without an adapter.

This is the first one i’ve tested that was better than 12 gauge. I have a 20amp table saw on a dedicated 20amp circuit 30 feet away. They beat big box store flimsy outdoor cords which usually are 12 ga.

Needed something to connect to a portable generator to major appliances during power outages. I use it at hotels where they do not have ev charging solutions. Still plenty of juice to run things in the camper.

Cons

The cord was designed by dumb and engineered by dumber. Both ends on this cord are 1 7/8 in diameter, so if you have to put either end into a standard 20amp t-blade, you are out of luck. The quality of the plugs clearly are not, as evidenced by others...  Read More

Quality

Works great i havec3 hooked up and 250 ft ,runs my ac ,fridge 2 ,fans etc and dosen't drop power

Sturdy ends and was flexible with just the right length to reach the camper without overstretching.

So far amperage draw overnight is unaffected by cord length (not warm in 60*f + temps) andgetting a solid 114v, 16a to an ev ch...  Read More

I used it for a 30amp rv cord chopped off the ends and installed the 30amp version

Price

Gave it 5 stars for decent pricing and shipping.

Price wasn’t that bad considering it’s 100’ long.

The 100'ers were out of my price range, or over what i will pay for an extension cord.

Packaging/appearance

Arrived with several black and brown scuff marks.

It's buried in 3/4" gravel about 4"deep and the extension cord receptacle and the plug of the tender are in a weatherproof box ...  Read More

I just hate when people leave bad reviews about this product having the wrong ends when it clearly states 20 amp cord and 20 amp cords have a different end on them hell just look at the picture it clearly shows a 20 amp cord end

Shouldn’t leave bad reviews when you don’t know what you’re talking about

I am a retired electrician and i know this will handle 30 amps even though it is rated for 20 amps

It took quite a bit of searching to come up with this
