Very durable and heavy duty. Seems sturdy. Fit and finish are fine. The handles are easy to grip.

It fits perfectly in the laptop sleeve of almost any backpack. It fits nicely in the pouch even if it’s a bit thicker than i assumed it would be. Fit well in a hiking backpack without requiring a rucking specific pack.

Bought this to use in my goruck rucksack. It fit perfectly snug in my 25l goruck rucker 3. It fits perfectly in the large plate pocket of my rucker 4.

The form factor is nice. They make attaining specific ruck weight easy. Great for ab work. Works for my workout program. Front plate raises, goblet squats, chest press, and so many other great exercises!
