Very strong good material like the red and black
The grip is very tight on the bar and doesn't spin or stretch at all.
My 14" dumbbell handles (also yes4all) simply only hold three (3) weight plates on each end.

These dumbbell bars are a great value.
I have no issue with these bars, and at the price point i highly recommend them.

It happened to me last year that some one stole a pair of dumbbell handles from my order when being shipped.

If i happen to notice that the gaskets are loosing their grip then i purchase new rubber gaskets to slip onto the bars

Rubber don’t last a lifetime and needs to be replaced over time
