Pros & Cons
Pros
J-cups have a twist knob to hold them securely in place. They fit securely on the rack, so i don't use the knobs that came with them. This solves the problem by being built with smaller pegs but having adapters that fit over them.
Only thing i'll ding this item for i wish the hook part (the short bit that prevents the bar from rolling off) had a steeper angle. The j-hooks are tight to the rack and make it far easier to get the bar out for squats and bench without risk of clippi... Read More
Cons

This company needs to learn that quality is quintessential. These are no bueno and do not seem very safe. Taking them out and reseating them does not help. I find it hysterical that these are rated to 1k lbs.
The adapter isn't too horrible, but the 2x2 u bracket is loose and weak, it was flexing while the screw was in it while i was pressing down. The bracket inner width is 2 3/8 wide. The 3rd pair of j-hooks as seen in the video are too * loose.
