A kind of mat rough finish keep me aware of my grip. The handle is thicker than most kbs and is also wider which is good for two handed swings.
Cons
Kettlebells are functionally fine, but i ordered two 10 pounders and one has a gloss finish while the other is matte. Powder coating is kind of sand paper like. There was only cushion around handle.
