The weight is evenly distributed. The queen size is just right for my bed, and the weight recommendation for 190-210 lbs is spot on. The extra couple lbs are helping more than my last weighted blanket.

Cons

The stitching is exceptionally poor, especially at the edges. With the beads not evenly distributed, it kind of defeats the whole purpose of the blanket. There’s nothing extraordinarily ‘cooling’ about cheap cotten/poly fabric.

This supposed 15lbs blanket is a complete disappointment. I do not recommend if you are purchasing as a weighted blanket, it’s missing the point and purpose of the concept imo.
