Pros
There's only a single page of instructions and only 1 side to the page so it's pretty simple. Easy to assemble. The instructions and remote are easy for my father to understand and to use.
Product is fine. Works great, i love the fact that it’s not too bulky. Ordered this after abdominal surgery. It also has 2 remotes that control the vibration and position of the chair.
The recliner reclines quite far back and she says it is very comfortable.
Cons
I feel that i got scam for when i buy this product it's not a freaking cheap product. Don't waste your money.
super super narrow seat. It hurts my legs unless i position them awkwardly between the motors. The leg lift hardly comes up high enough. Makes a loud * noise while running.

It was easy to assemble, very comfortable and unbelievably low price for this high quality product.
All in all i'm happy with it so far.
The box got to my house torn in several locations with very little protection for the product.
We had an issue with the remote and the seller was extremely responsive and made sure they corrected the issue right away.
Price
Is wasy to clean and my mother in law loves it.
Packaging/appearance
The product is fantastic but the packaging was awful!

I would recommend this for an elderly person who is not super wide not a huge chair and needs help standing
