Pros
Arrived earlier than expected (more than a month early) was well packaged and arrived without any scratches etc. Construction robuste. They are on the pricey side tho.
The colour is beautiful and as pictured. Love the color, easy to clean.
Cons
The actual colour is a very very dark red, almost maroon or like a red wine. Arrived with a huge dent.

The build quality is excellent and it keeps my coffee warm for hours with the help of the lid.
Very expensive for a 14 oz mug, but very high quality.

The item was sent in a box, that's fine but it had more plastic for shipping, perhaps paper would do the job.

Ice doesn’t last as long in this as some of the lesser brands that i have.
Way more expensive than other brands but you get what you pay for.

However ive found that the lid can be a bit cumbersome to clean especially the rubber seal and lid which both tend to collect coffee gunk

Ive taken to removing the seal to ensure a thorough cleaning and more recently ive just stopped using the lid altogether
