Pros

Should add a chest strap for more support and add more pockets. Multiple places to clip the breast straps so very customisable. I love the compartment that goes over the luggage that's so helpful for traveling.

Great backpack, thanks to yeti folks. Overall this backpack is amazing and i love it.

Cons

Main zipper is misaligned. The thing is too heavy to begin with and is not durable. When you have a laptop in there, the entire thing flops down when opening.
