Pros

Yeti is a great brand and make high quality, rugged products. The quality is great and the price was better than any store i checked out. Love this item and would recommend to others.

The cooler is loaded as follows. It works smoother and the common problem of the zipper teeth getting twisted at the corners has been addressed. Sturdy and reliable cooler bag.

Cons

Even after applying the included zipper lube, it probably take 25 lbs of pulling force to move the zipper. Completely melted. There was no significant difference to my igloo or coleman, other than costing 10 times more.

Don't buy into the hype, do your research, much better coolers are available at a much more reasonable price. Our $20 cooler from walmart does better.

Overrated and poor quality. Not impressed for the amount of money spent. It is so bad i don't even like the person who gifted it to me anymore.

Quality

Well constructed which was expected, my wife loved the color so it was a gift and she is very happy with the weight and size.

It has been all i hoped for in my first yeti product.

I had a zipper fail on one of the earlier hopper models which was replaced with a newer model with the improved zipper.

Only problem with the cooler is that the zipper is very hard to open even with the provided lubricant placed on it.

Competitiveness

A bit pricy when compared to many similar products on the market today but i have no regrets.
