Pros

The hopper 12 fits perfectly in the available space. Saves time and ice. Keeps the ice from melting. Filled it with ice and popsicles for a kids soccer game snack.

Bought this at * sporting goods. Thumbs up. Love it, recommend it.

The quality is great and the price was better than any store i checked out. I'm always skeptical about the price of yeti coolers, but the value is there with this brand.

Very strong straps and stitching. No problems with the zipper so far. A little heavy, zipper is stiff, but the do provide a glide stick that works. Easy to carry. Great strap design.

Cons

There is no mention of 2 days or even one day of ice not melting. It is so bad i don't even like the person who gifted it to me anymore. Don't buy into the hype, do your research.

Even after applying the included zipper lube, it probably take 25 lbs of pulling force to move the zipper.

Yeti's famous quality comes through in a rugged, effective day cooler.

Only problem with the cooler is that the zipper is very hard to open even with the provided lubricant placed on it.

I had a zipper fail on one of the earlier hopper models which was replaced with a newer model with the improved zipper.
