The ice lasts forever and it’s sooo convenient. Insulation is better than other soft sided coolers. The sides are thick, and you sacrifice storage space for insulation.

Customer service and warranty out does any other cheap cooler. It's a bargain flagship that never stops giving. I just wish that there where more stock on their accessories for it, they keep selling out.

We call it the arm eater because it snaps shut so abruptly. When unloaded it can’t be drained and dried without putting a soccer ball in its opening.

The magnet seal is too strong and makes it difficult to open or clean. It's a sanitary hazard because mold and mildew can grow in the cooler.

This seems unsafe. Seems like it can take a beating. This is terrible! That's just unacceptable.

The functionality of this cooler is non existent. This cooler is very cumbersome, heavy and difficult to operate.
