Pros

Love the stainless steel finish. Gorgeous color and obviously outstanding quality from yeti. It’s a solid cup!

Holds heat and cool with an excellent seal. Doesn't leak or leave a funky taste.

It's easy to get a basic clean even in the breakroom sink without soap. Deep cleans with a scrubber are recommended after work. Also, easy to throw in the dishwasher and clean.

Cons

Not worthy of their name. Although the mug is vacuum insulated, the lid is single layer transparent plastic and has no insulating value at all.

The price for the same lowball has doubled from the time i bought it. The item is not replaceable. The only option is to return the item and request a refund and then pay what is now the full price.

I saw it on sale so i did not hesitate.

Shipping

Glass arrived securely and had the yeti quality that i am used to.

I ordered (2) lowballs and they came shipped separately in bags.

Packaging/appearance

Obviously, i knew i would be over charged, but the packaging was not the elegant original box package that yeti takes pride in

I’m super satisfied, the only issue was that it got a little bump, needs more protection while packaging.
