The plastic lid also fits the 30 ounce tervis and yeti bottles as well with the o rings also being interchangeable.
I chose yeti over other brands because of their quality and because i know i can always get a replacement lid if needed.
And with the handle, it's not going to fit into a cup holder.
I've not had that problem at all with the yeti.

Was a gift so hopefully will last for years to come

Mug is as expected except the magnetic closure was missing hence the leakproof rating

The magnetic slider on the lid comes off completely and the plastic ring around the lid comes off so it can be thoroughly cleaned
