Elle garde les drinks très froids!
Perfect size for pre shift coffee, fits in every cup holder even the ambulance. Height is good so that my elbow isn't bumping into it while driving. It is heavier than my other one, but it works.

Packaging/appearance
The individual receiving the yeti was thrilled.
The only thing i disliked was it didnt come in a box, just plastic so it was hard to wrap.
Fortunately the cup was well packaged and in good shape!

I have to say 20 oz is a bit bigger for me and the handle is not so much useful instead of occupying more space on your table
