The yeti rambler 20 oz travel mug is a game-changer for anyone on the go. It's a very durably, hefty cup. It is a bit pricy but worth it. Their insulating products are amazing in my opinion.

Double wall vacuum insulation. Keeps my drink hot, and the ice doesn't melt. My coffee seems to stay hotter for longer periods.

The magnetic slider on the top is the icing on the cake when it comes to cleaning. The seal is in perfect condition and it seems to be airtight. Only thing i don't like is that you can't remove the tab on the lid to clean underneath it.

Yeti mugs are pricey so they cost me a lot but they are not worth it’s price. Came without the magnet for the lid. The cup is heavy and the handle is awkward!

Poor customer service. A definite lack of quality control on shipping. Absolute joke.

It was packed in a plastic shipping bag with no box or wrapping to protect it. Too late to return to amazon and yeti won't provide a refund.
