Yeti is my favorite brand for insulated tumblers and water bottles. My icecubes stay frozen all day keeping me cook and hydrated. Very stylish water bottle, keeps my water and ice cold for 2 days.

Yeti is durable and has easy to clean. It performs better than any other brand for what it's designed to do. You get what you pay for and this bottle will outlive me by decades.

The top opens fairly easily, the silicone part feels glued together. The * cap is not meant for hot liquids, which defeats the entire purpose of this mug. My hand hurts because you can't make a lid that comes off easily.

For such an expensive rambler made by a reputable company like yeti, this is not something that should even be an issue. The fact that it is, is upsetting. Should be entertaining at least.

We are honest so never attempted to say it didn't arrive for a refund or replacement. If there is no timeline for getting it then go for it.
