Pros

Store it full, sideways, in the top of my lunch bag. It's very sturdy and keeps water very cold for a long time. The handle on the cap is also quite sturdy and carabines nicely to a backpack.

This bottle works well, has the security of a screw top, and can withstand my clumsiness. I only wish that it would come with a straw instead of just a spout for drinking. I rave to every one that they should get this water bottle!

Cons

Yeti doesn't appear to have a smaller environmental footprint than other brands. They don't offer a very generous warranty. After a hike in acadia my bottle is massively scratched and has dents all over it.

Quality

The ease of getting ice in there with the large cap and then being able to drink from the smaller cap is worth the cost to me.

The chug cap is on point, it's easy to clean, relatively light, everything screams premium quality.

The bottle is big enough that i can't get a good grip on it, especially with the powder coating on it.

I bought the one with the straw attachment separately.

Price

But, i cannot skip it when it was offered at half the price!

Packaging/appearance

It's packaged like a second hand bottle, no box, just a amazon prime paper bag, with the bottle and cap thrown naked in the box.

The hf bottles and the 18oz yeti are much more versatile for all of the above applications (but you give up some durability and/or fluid).

But, i thought 18oz was too little water, so i got the 26oz.

Competitiveness

These are expensive water bottles, but they are really worth the cost compared to cheaper brands.

Can’t say it better than the title.

I wish there was a 21oz version the same diameter as the 18oz.
