Pros

Yeti maintains temperature inside the container very nicely. Bottle was well insulated. No leaks, keeps beverages cold, can addwater to it and it chills that water as well. Completely worth the money, maintains cold or warm drinks for over 24 hours.

Closes easily and securely. It seals, it didn't make a mess in my backpack being upside down. This is a replacement purchase since yeti doe not sell this particular designed cap.

The outer coating is durable and i like the color options as well. I also love that it’s truly dishwasher safe and the paint color (mine is white) shows no signs of chipping.

Cons

For such an expensive rambler made by a reputable company like yeti, this is not something that should even be an issue. Will be submitting for a refund.

This yeti bottle is a major letdown. The * cap is not meant for hot liquids, which defeats the entire purpose of this mug. There is no alternate option to close it with a lid or cover that is made for hot temperatures.

Yeti product is defective. Trying to go through their warranty department is very hard. But the replacement has the same problem.

So far, it’s been 2 months of every day use (including on construction sites) and it still looks just as good as the day i bought it.

I pay 40 dollars for an average bottle.

Sure the chug top is good but not 40 dollars worth.

Packaging/appearance

My only concern with this purchase is that it could be packaged a little bit better to protect it while in transit.

This was a gift but before i wrapped it i wanted to see and feel what the hype was about yeti.

Competitiveness

The 26 oz bottle ice is better than 18 oz bottle for added water capacity for sporting events when both are filled with ice.

Side by side tests with other water bottles show that yeti keeps ice colder longer.
