Pros

Purple is my color.

In the winter, if you use the included lid then it holds in the heat of your preferred hot beverage. I live in az where the temperature is regularly 110+.

Fits in car cup holder. The mug is heavy when completely full, which is a small price to pay for so much beverage.

Easy cleaning. Even more convenient for vacations. The cup portion cleans easily in a dishwasher.

Cons

The lid is poorly designed and a nuisance to get on and off. Man, it's ridiculously inconvenient to handle and hold.

This is unfair as the restocking fee was over 17 dollars. Not a convenient return or exchange.
