Pros
Ice cubes stay in form for so long it's crazy! Keeps coffee hot for hours. Ice stays all day.
The mug works great and she loves it. Love this mug, enough coffee to last you all day and keeps it hot for hours. My husband loves his new mug and it's even better now that we've received his "beast" handle.
Cons
It doesn't fit in most standard cup holder but also leaks even when it’s closed. It barely keeps my coffee warm for 4 hours.

If a person is going to spend a larger amount of money on a mug you would think it would come in better protection than a paper envelope with no bubble wrap or anything protecting it

As i said the slider to cover the lid opening does not completely make the yeti leakproof it will still dribble a little of the contents out but if you catch it in time it is minimal

My feeling is for the price you pay for a tumbler yeti it should not leak at all which makes me wonder if over time and use if the slider will wear down and now long before the slider is no longer effective at all

My mug came with a small scratch on the side a bit dissappointed because of it
