If lid leaks check the oring and make sure it’s installed with the groove facing bottom of lid then run your finger around so entire groove of oring is hidden inside groove on lid

I prefer to hold with hand around mug since it holds so much liquid the weight of the mug is uncomfortable on side of finger when using just the handle

It should have a groove where the fluid follows and goes straight into your lips but instead just releases the fluid straight and out to the left and right

The only problem i have found was it is the vent hole is in a bad spot or does not work well
