Seriously, yeti stepped up and i am very satisfied with the way i was treated.
I love my yeti easy to clean also i am happy i bought the one with the handle.
Packaging/appearance
Great product, was saddened to return it as it just never fit my cars cup holder, had to down size to the 20oz.
I had to buy the straw lid so i could use the tumbler.

Unfortunately the lid is not leakproof however it holds a mountain of coffee and keeps it on warm for a long time
