If lid leaks check the oring and make sure it’s installed with the groove facing bottom of lid then run your finger around so entire groove of oring is hidden inside groove on lid

I prefer to hold with hand around mug since it holds so much liquid the weight of the mug is uncomfortable on side of finger when using just the handle

The only things negative are mine has a 2 grains of something imbedded in the paint along the top of the handle and the handle is slightly too small like some have said
