A very fine mug. Very easy to clean and hit my hand inside and scrunch. It is very durable and big!

Cons

After cleaning it there is a odor emitting from container. Condensation forms when it’s not supposed to. My simple thermos coffee cup keeps coff,ee hotter and longer than this product.

Trying to return a yeti is a nightmare. I do not have a printer to print the packing slip.

The cap smells strongly of mildew. You have to wash the cap pretty much after each use (not refills, each use) however, after washing my bottle in the dishwasher once, it no longer works - at all.
