Pros

The ice lasts for days and it holds more than just his gallon of water easily. With my new yeti, it affords me the time to put cold groceries in there, and not have to hurry home. Yeti - awesome quality works great when you need a small ice chest.

Cons

Ice is melted in 4 hours. Cheaper igloo cooler works much better.

Product came tied in a plastic bag. Scuff marks on the top and bottom. The strap is clumsy and gets caught on anything within it's reach. There is a reason so many coolers are friction-fit closed.

A huge disappointment for sure. Purchased this model expecting the same. Customer service * they never answer the phone and no one replies in their social media app.

This just isn't acceptable. It’s very awkward. Otherwise, it equals a styrofoam cooler.

Price

I save so much money on not chasing restaurants during lunch time.

It’s the perfect size and it was such a great price and keeps ice for at least 24 hours.

This has payed for itself already multiple times.

They’re pretty pricey but i’m happy with it.

Packaging/appearance

Cooler came packaged well and in pristine condition.

To prevent scratches, i believe the company should use a better packaging method.

Also tossed in about 4-5 freezer packs just in case.

Competitiveness

Keeps things cold much better than other coolers i’ve bought.

I previously had a different brand of cooler and i couldn’t believe that my food actually stayed cold.
