This is the best cooler i've ever owned. Can't recommend this product enough. Would recommend - despite the high price.

Cons

Save your money and buy a well-known “ordinary’ competitor’s equivalent products for half the price. Would absolutely not recommend.

Strap is too short and not having a drain is a pain. The strap is clumsy and gets caught on anything within it's reach. Around the outside of lid pretty much all sides are scuffed.

Ice melts within one day. It will hold the ice fine, the closure is nice and the handle a great idea, but it's just not worth the money. The ice retention is just not where it should be.

This one's a bummer! A huge disappointment for sure. Disappointed for sure" "this just isn't acceptable. I'm done with it.
