Pros

The screwdriver fits perfectly into the phillips screws, meaning they are much less likely to strip out. These are perfect for putting on the backs of the puzzles i save. Very easy installation.

Cons

The screws sent are too small and too short. The screws are so tiny that i can't hold them in place, even with a small, enclosed screwdriver.
