I ordered a size l/xl and although it looked pretty tiny, it did fit.

I have bought and returned countless different brands and this one is the best so far.

I like this body suit better than the faja because you don't see the line going down your stomach.

I even tried that other popular brand (shaperrxx) that one was ok but it makes your butt crack looks so weird.

It has a 'pee " hole but better to take it off lol.
