Pros

Easy to put on and to adjust. Excellent support for my back while lifting. It gives me many different fits because it's very adjustable.

I have three kids so i definitely have a fupa so with that being said this still works with it. With consistency i t really work!

Cons

I believe that it's because it's made of polyester and rubber instead of real neoprene. Feels like something is digging n itching in to my skin.
