My first waist trainer and so far i am loving it! This is my first time ever getting a waist trainee and i absolutely recommend it. It hugs my waist very well and just need to add consistency.

My waist is 36in and i bought a xl it fit perfect. That chart is tricky so pls do your due diligence and also measure your waist above navel (belly button) and go from there.

Cons
