This is my second one and i am even more pleased. It is extremely sturdy and well made. I love how dense it is as well and really holds me in.
This waist trainer is the best i’ve had for wearing under clothes. Very breathable. This has boning; though not metal so is very comfortable and moveable.
My waist is a 32 inches thus, according to their size i'm an xl. My rib cage is 32, and my hips are 37 so i'm a bit curvy. My recommendation is great buy but please review size chart !
Cons
If you have a larger belly or a hernia like me, the mens version is way better.

So i actually should have gotten a large in this waist trainer but i got myself a medium because thats what im aiming for in my waistline is to be a medium

But because it is true to size i should have gotten a large because this waist trainer fits you so tight the large would eventually make you a medium the medium would make you a small and help you with your waist training
