Pros

The bands are lightweight and easy to carry. You can take one or two plastic packets in your purse or gym bag, or the whole set. They are well made and sturdy.

From beginner's to experts. Great for stretching for the back, legs, arms. A nice pouch is included. They are fun and breakup exercises using weights.

Cons

Green one has stuck to itself and when you try to pull it apart, it tears. Terrible product, the bands have no resistance at all.

It came in a box with a nice bag which holds all of the resistance bands, each in their plastic packet except for the large one.
