Pros
Ease of use and very easy to clean - saves fingers from sharp knives. Great brush helps unclog any left over garlic before washing. I cook a lot from scratch so this is very handy.
The item is less fiddly and more effective than a garlic press. The garlic crusher is sturdy & simple to use.
Cons
Using the recommended rocking technique all it does is flatten a garlic clove. It just flattens the garlic cloves and hardly any of the garlic is puréed, you then spend ages with the little brush cleaning the thing!
It’s just a pity the quality is so poor. Not woth the effort. Back to the old garlic press for me and grater for ginger.

Always preferred not to chop garlic because of the smell then i got a standard garlic press which was ok but i was getting maybe 4050 of the garlic clove

Update both the side silver bits have fallen off after 4 uses

I love putting garlic into my recipes but hate cleaning the normal garlic crusher and having big lumps that haven’t crushed
