Pros i use it for hoy yoga and i can say it actually is a nonslip yoga mat the towel will keep in place on your mat and floor or carpet love the fact that is made using recycled plastic bottles its odor free ive used it a week in a row in hot yoga its lightweight soft and absorbent easy to wash and wont stain your clothcons even thought i love this i still think its pricey for a yoga towel its air dry you cant put it in the dryeri did not receive any discount or anything
