I have a great mat that doesn’t slip much, but having the extra support for my hands when it’s gets sweaty is amazing.
It allows me the ability to focus on my form and not have to worry about slipping!
It’s awesome when i don’t want a whole towel to keep me from slipping.
Overall nice towel, but prefer the one without the nubs on the back

I unfortunately didn't like that the picture showed all purple but i received one with blue edges - not a blue fan.

I used the full sized ones for years but hated how i would always move them askew or fold them over accidentally with my feet

I found that the nubs are noticeable during practice and not overly helpful for keeping the towel in place
