Pros

I sweat a ton, and this towel helps me maintain my postures and keeps my hands and feet from slipping which is key. The towel barely moves from the mat, and i have great grip. This towel is great to practice on, prevents the slipping of hands/feet.

Cons

The grips on the bottom do nothing, and i’m constantly having to leave my poses to adjust the towel. Returned it with no hassles. Also, it's very thin and doesn't absorb much sweat.
