Pros & Cons
Pros
Two yogotherms make a gallon of regular yogurt, and a bit less if i strain it and make greek yogurt. I ferment mine for 24 hours so mine will always be tangy anyway.
Cons
A half gallon of yogurt 1 or 2 times a week is nuts for anyone other than a family of 10. This yogurt maker works fine in the summer, but in the fall or winter, you're going to have to pack this with * of warm water in an ice chest at night.
