Pros

I make it with 1% milk and only use 4 cups of milk and a slightly heaping 1/2 t of culture. I use the greek yogurt strainer to make it even thicker. Each packet contains skim milk powder, sucrose, ascorbic acid, lactic bacteria.

This culture makes a soother yogurt than the other stuff. This makes a good tart yogurt. This stuff makes the perfect yogurt!
