I purchased the yoleo x187 bluetooth wireless earphones on 24th november 2018 and have had several excellent months use from the earphones

Unfortunately i recently noticed that the volume on the right side earphone was lower than the left side

We firstly tried a factory reset procedure which unfortunately did not improve the volume in the right earphone so a replacement set will be provided
