The trick to getting the slit to show some more leg and hiding the slip is dress tape! Lightly tied keeps it smooth on your waist. Only complaint/after thought is that you can see the white lining in some of the photos.

Super unflattering and nothing like the image. The fabric is a little itchy/rough. The white lining pooches out to be visible.

You can tighten or loosen depending on where you want it to sit in your waist which in turn changes the length a bit

I did however find that it tended to slide around on me but as part of the wedding music entertainment i was moving equipment around which didnt help
