Its not rocket science especially as the main support is shaped for your shoulder and there are velcro straps and for the record you stick one bit to the other just like you do with your shoeseasy to fit your size

The only problem is that it smells a little neoprene so i have to wash it when receivedor you can just wear outside your tshirt
