I am 6’1” and 240 lbs and the bike is sturdy enough to get in a good work out. The seat is surprisingly very comfortable.

It was easy to put together, however, my spouse is very handy and has a lot of tools so i imagine it would not have been as easy without him. It’s held on by 2 screws/nuts and held in place. All parts were included in box.

Using this bike 90 minutes, 7 days a week for a good muscle workout. Nothing beats being able to watch movies or news while doing my exercise. This is a nice bike for a beginner or anyone who just wants to move their body.

The “ settings” are simply a knob you tighten or loosen. There is no way to set the tension to the same setting each time. You get a total reading but not any option for the current rate of calories burned, or the current number of watts.
