Pros
Easy to assemble with easy-to-follow instructions and clear packaging. Easy to move around as it is quite light (not sure if that is a pro or con) easy to adjust seat and handle bars etc. Used a socket set though.
This bike is exceptional. Great bike. Exactly as described. Good starter bike.
Cons
One of the pedals bolt nut is stuck - and i spend the last two hours to get off and given up, so currently only have one pedal attached. Not comfortable. Not sturdy, handle-bar leans to 1 side after a few sessions.

Drive train feel is not the smoothest although it has physical resistance the flywheel feels relatively light

My con towards the resistance is that it is hard to gauge on the bike when using it as there is no indication on the monitor what current resistance is no feedback on the resistance being used

It is made of wool and will deteriorate over time meaning one will need to replace it at some point

Silent running apart from the creaking see belowcons creaks and groans a bit on the seat and where yo secure the handle bars
